ABOUT US – A BRIEF INTRODUCTION

The humble journey of SHANISHWAR ENTERPRISE and SHANISHWAR STEEL CORPORATION, began in 1977 with formation of a company called Prime Steel Corporation, which opened in Islampura Street (one of the oldest business streets in Mumbai) as stockist of iron and steel bars.

The 42 year old journey, saw the business grow and evolve in the iron and steel sector (through our companies M/s Praful Steel Corporation and M/s AV Steel).

Throughout its journey, the company has held onto its guiding principals of integrity, transparency and honesty in doing business.

Under the mentorship of Mr. Praful V. Jangla and the dynamic leadership of Mr. Ankit P. Jangla ( B.E. Mechanical Engineering), this company has grown manifold with 2 administrative offices and 3 warehouses, located in Mumbai. Our business includes imports, trading and stocking of bright steel bars, spread largely across the state of Maharashtra, India.

INTRODUCTION

We are renowned Importers, Stockists and Traders of quality engineering steels in various grades, sections and sizes.
SECTIONS : ROUNDS, HEXAGONS & SQUARE

GRADES : Mild steel, Carbon steel, Free Cutting steel and Alloy steel.

Our raw material in form of wire rods and black bars, is sourced from mills such as JSW STEEL Ltd , Usha Martin Ltd, Jayaswal Neco, Mukand Ltd, RINL (VSP) etc. and, then processed at reputed BRIGHT BAR manufacturers in Taloja and Khopoli. We follow a good quality assurance system enabling us to cater to TIER 1 and TIER 2 vendors of major OEM’s and their ancillaries.

Our products are used as raw material by manufacturers of components, for wide range of applications in automobiles, hydraulic fitting, mixer grinders, pumps, lifts, refrigerators and air conditioning, fasteners, switch gears, heavy industries etc.
On-time delivery of quality products has been our major focus and has helped us in maintaining long standing relations with all our customers
